Fifty Shades of Values

Values form the basis of most compelling narratives. But we are often only vaguely aware of their existence, they are sometimes misunderstood, and are often too narrowly circumscribed, making it difficult to embrace their power to captivate. Understanding the true values implicit in a brand's promise or an organization's purpose provides a rich source for creating genuine and persuasive narratives that resonate with customers and employees – in fact all stakeholder groups. In this presentation we will unveil the hidden power of values as a transformational tool that can breathe life and authenticity into organizational and brand narratives.
